In the app, go to Profile, Settings, Danger zone, and select Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm. In-app deletion takes effect immediately: your personal details, login credentials, and profile photos are wiped right away. To keep shared league scorecards intact, past matches you played in show Deleted Player. If you cannot sign in to the app, submit a request on our delete account page or email support@cricscore.app.

No. Only the scorer needs the app to score a match. Squad creators can add players who do not have an account yet using their name and email address. The player does not need to download the app or verify anything before playing. When they eventually sign up using that same email address, their profile automatically links to all their past matches, squad rosters, and career statistics.

Check your spam or junk folder first. Verification codes are sent to your email and arrive within 60 seconds. Confirm your email address is spelled correctly. Each code remains valid for 5 minutes. If it has not arrived after a minute, tap Resend code. You can also sign in directly using Google.

Yes. In the app, go to Profile, Settings, and Account. You can link your Google account to sign in with one tap, or set a password alongside your email verification codes. To change your registered email address, contact support from your current address and we will help you update it without losing your squads, matches, or stats.

CricScore is 100% free with no paid tiers, no per-match or per-team fees, and no ads. Live ball-by-ball scoring, real-time player auctions, tournament fixtures, points tables with Net Run Rate, and player career profiles are all free for every club and player.

Tap Undo on the scoring console to reverse any ball, even from an earlier over. The scorecard, bowler figures, extras, and strike recalculate automatically. You never need to restart the match or innings.

You can score standard T20, One Day, and Test matches, as well as custom overs from 5 to 50 overs per side. You can also configure balls per over (such as 6 or 8), custom wicket types like hit out of bounds or retired hurt, and super overs for tied games.

Yes. The scoring console works entirely offline. Every ball, wicket, and extra is stored directly on your phone. When your mobile data or Wi-Fi reconnects, the app automatically uploads the scorecard to the cloud without dropping any balls.

Every ball is stored locally on the scorer's device, so nothing is lost without reception. When your connection returns, keep the app open on that device and it syncs automatically. If a pending badge remains after a minute, close and reopen the app. If it still does not sync, write to us with the match name before re-scoring.

Yes. The match creator or squad admin can hand scoring to any registered player mid-match without losing a ball. Open match settings, choose Assign scorer, and pick the new scorer. They take over from the exact current ball on their phone, and the previous scorer switches to view-only.

Captains bid from their own phones in real time while everyone follows the same live lot, countdown timer, and remaining purse. The auction engine automatically blocks any bid that would leave the squad with insufficient funds to fill its remaining roster slots at base price.

No. Every match and tournament has a public link and QR code. Anyone can open it in Safari, Chrome, or any mobile browser to follow live ball-by-ball updates, wagon wheels, and scorecards with no app download and no account required.

CricScore calculates Net Run Rate using the official ICC standard formula: runs scored per over faced minus runs conceded per over bowled. If a squad is bowled all out before its allotted overs, the calculation uses the full scheduled overs rather than the overs actually batted.

Open the tournament, then Share. The link and a QR code are both there. It is read-only and needs no account, so it is the one to paste into the group chat or print for the ground.

Yes. Squad admins and tournament organisers can export full match scorecards, ball-by-ball summaries, and player leaderboards. If you need a custom export format for your league, email us and we will help you get the data you need.

We only collect what is needed to score games, run tournaments, and manage squads. We never sell your personal information or serve ads. When you delete your account, your personal details (email, avatar, bio, and login credentials) are purged immediately. Historical cricket scorecards and ball records stay intact under Deleted Player so your teammates and opposing squads keep their match records.

You can report any player profile, squad, or tournament directly in the app. Tap the three dots on their profile or tournament page, select Report, and choose the reason. Our moderation team reviews all reports and suspends accounts that violate our community guidelines.
